Shannon Ronan was one of the first participants with State Wide Community Services, referred through Richmond Wellbeing. He was introduced to the team shortly after being released from incarceration. Initially, Shannon lived in shared accommodation in Armadale, facing significant challenges with privacy and stability as he moved frequently.
