Mark Institute Australia
Mark Institute Australia is a registered training organisation we’ve partnered with to keep our staff compliant and well-trained in areas like dysphagia care, hoist training, and first aid. They’re specialised in the care sector and help up skill our team to meet industry standards.
Aspire2Care
Aspire2Care is our partner organisation for lower-hour clients (those needing less than eight hours of support weekly). Managing rostering for these participants can be more challenging, so we refer them to Aspire2Care. They also provide cleaning services for our disability homes.
Adapt Plan Management
Adapt Plan Management is our preferred plan manager to ensure participants get the most out of their NDIS plans. They help us receive payments promptly, which in turn allows us to pay our support workers on time—a key factor in keeping everyone satisfied. They have a highly responsive team, including a chartered accountant, making them an excellent partner.
Maincare
Maincare also supports us with continuity, especially if Swan Iris Healthcare is unavailable. We use their support workers and allied health services, including exercise physiology, for our participants.
